Did not win enough that a race because I was focused on another goal and it felt like. The test was a little blinded by the harsh weather of the weekend do not have prevented three spectacular races at Estoril. I want to thank my Fan Club and dedicate the win to Johnny Llansá. Now we are going to Valencia to close the World Cup and if I go to the podium a record-low score.

Back to triumph. I had almost forgotten what it was to win a race and that priority was different. But I wanted to achieve and in Portugal is special. Since I am in MotoGP has become a track that has something that makes me feel comfortable and allows me to go fast with the M1. Yamaha's why I wanted to leave me repeat the astronaut who in 2009 worked so well, thank you gesture.

Harsh conditions. The race was fantastic, although a little blind. Without reference to the tires, we decided to use the same strategy as last year. It was risky, but went well. We had the whole weekend with rain and without going to court a long time. The warm-up in the wet it all even more complicated, so we had to rely on intuition and experience. I want to thank my Fan Club has had to live some terrible days, meteorologically speaking. I hope to be with them again this week. And the victory in Estoril is dedicated to Juanito Llansá, my mechanical life, which for the first time could not be with us due to a family problem. A big hug to all your family and hope to see you on Thursday in Cheste.

Estoril did not disappoint. Despite the time, I think they have lived in three runs that demonstrate the quality of motorcycling, the health of the competition. Moto2 was beautiful and exciting, with lots of equity from the start and many drivers risking the win. And 125 was quite a spectacle. Two races in one and a character from falling off just before the second exit on the formation lap: Marc Marquez. Demonstrated that besides being lucky is that risk and was a joy to see how it is not satisfied with being second or third goal.

End of season. Now we go to Valencia, at home, in the final race of the season, and many challenges to achieve. No statistics me crazy, but it would be nice to win for the first time at the Ricardo Tormo circuit. Is a path that I have always been resisted (and also to the M1) and this time I have a new opportunity to win and not much to lose. Also I have to reach a record score in a World Championship. I would need a new podium, so there would be nothing wrong up to the drawer.

Jorge Lorenzo Tips to be Wins Motogp Championship

Jorge Lorenzo Tips to be Wins Motogp Championship

Jorge Lorenzo revealed that meditation is one way to improve performance balap.Inilah tips from the Spaniard.

"When you are under a lot of pressure, meditation and relaxation is very important," said Jorge Lorenzo who currently resides in Indonesia in order to launch the latest Yamaha Jupiter Z. "It's all about feeling your breathing so you can relax, I do not do this every time I race, only when I feel nervous, but I do breathing exercises every day," the runner-up in MotoGP 2009.

"Usually, most people breathe using only the upper lungs. In theory sophrology they teach you to use all of these lungs. When you concentrate on your breathing, you can clear your mind and will come a point where you do not think about anything. You can do to not think of anything for 10 or 20 minutes, and just concentrate on your breathing. It is hard to feel like this condition because you always think about everything, but you have to focus on your breathing it.

After doing this you will feel more open and you can see the detail in everything. When the grid I try not to think about anything, then try to think positive, because usually when you're nervous you think negative. So the first step is to not think about anything, then think positive, "he concluded

Notes from Australia 20 Minutes in Paddock Rossi-Lorenzo

Phillip Island - Paddock racer is the most sterile place in every arena of MotoGP. What would happen if we were in it? Well it turns out great! Besides their pictures taken together with such celebrity racer Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo, we can also 'enjoy' gaze enviously many visitors MotoGP. That's about experience when visiting the paddock detiksport FIAT Yamaha team in the arena of the Australian MotoGP at Phillip Island last weekend. Top Invitation PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI) - which was also one of the sponsors Rossi-Lorenzo, detiksport with some media colleagues had the opportunity to visit the paddock racer duo. Indeed, no easy matter to get there. If likened to guard VVIP, this is the ring number of them. Money is not necessarily applicable here. Paddock entrance tickets sold is limited (the price can be up to 1165 Australian dollars, or about USD 10 million. The cost of the stands only 265 dollars), only able to bring the holder into the paddock complex, do not get to in a private paddock each racer. Pass Card even if not a powerful official reporters. Pass is only valid in the paddock complex and media center. It was there, detiksport and other media colleagues that day, Sunday (17/10/10), located in the Paddock Rossi and Lorenzo. The weather that day at Phillip Island is actually predicted rain. However, for some reason, plus lunch, the rain was also down. Precisely the afternoon sun more scorching. Fortunately the air in the MotoGP circuit in the world's southernmost always cold. Paddock Rossi and Lorenzo are located side by side, near the main access door paddock. Visitors (those holding paddock admission) who wants to see the drivers idol should not be entered into the paddock racer, but only allowed to stand within a distance of 2 meters is restricted by a fence knockdown with security surveillance. Paddock Rossi and Lorenzo's most crowded than other drivers. Presumably, fame and achievements of both are the most widely MotoGP fans suck, especially Rossi in particular who became a legend in this decade. There were about 200 fans and photographers waiting for the emergence of Lorenzo and Rossi in their own paddock. Amid the anticipation of that, our chance to get into a private paddock Lorenzo and Rossi. Laura Motta, Fiat Yamaha Race Event Coordinator, guiding the group, introduced by Lorenzo and Rossi. Lorenzo who recently visited Indonesia, is still remembered by Indonesian delegation greeted, "Hello, how are you," she said kindly. After picture taken with Lorenzo, we waited for Rossi who has not appeared in paddocknya. In that time span enough time to see what was in the paddock. In the main paddock, each containing two motors, mechanical devices and 22 pieces of different tires for each condition of the track. Motorcycle racers are alerted to two. One was prepared for the race, while the other is the backup. Interestingly, the motor for the race, freshly prepared at the last hour menjalang race begins. Presumably while waiting for the current condition of existing tracks on the track. Well, behind the curtain of the paddock, supporting team working with computer devices respectively. And is equally busy is Gigi Soldano, Fiat Yamaha team's official photographer who makes the documentation team. Shortly thereafter, Rossi also appears, while Lorenzo paddock outlets have been closed. Here, a new legend appears charisma Rossi. Screaming fans called "Vale ... Vale ..." seemed to give support to the senior racers next year Ducati was dressed. They also jeprat snap camera here and there to perpetuate Rossi or simply begging for autographs. If you see it for yourself, just felt if charisma Rossi remains at the forefront, although recent years its dominance was rocked by many other young drivers. And it should be noted also, in the arena of MotoGP Phillip Island, among other drivers, only Rossi who has a special outlet to sell his own personal brand. Rossi also rombongon our warm welcome. After picture taken together for a moment, the tour went into a private paddock Rossi and Lorenzo was over. No less than 20 minutes, we were in the paddock. Quite a long time, because when the race was high pressure, unlawful entry of outsiders into the paddock. If one may, not more than three minutes! Wowww

"From the beginning we were faced with a problem about traction. We have a lot of wheelspin from the middle to the end of the curve. Performance tires down very quickly and very much. Apart from the issues about power, we also have problems with traction. So this is a difficult situation," said Lorenzo quoted from Autosport. Spaniard goes on to highlight the performance of the motor that can not be judged on a straight track maximum. "In every straight track, we missed a few meters. If traction is not maximal and we have no positive points (points advantage from the opponent), it is not possible to make improvements. That's the fact that I live in Aragon. However I rate, with the machine same time, in another circuit condition still can do better, "he explained. In the remaining races this season, Lorenzo plans to use the machine last six or machinery. "Yes indeed, there are risks that must be our responsibility when the motor is not maximal in the straight path. It is clear that Yamaha now is not the strongest motor. However, we are also not so bad. I want to go back to victory even though it was difficult," he concluded

LORENZO KANS CHAMPHIONSHIP 2010

LORENZO KANS CHAMPHIONSHIP 2010

The following race at Jerez saw the best of Lorenzo, as his hunger for a first premier class win on home soil saw him recover an advantage built up in the race by rival Dani Pedrosa to overcome his fellow Spaniard and win. After his first victory of the season Lorenzo used the one-day test to practice his starts, and it paid off. Victory at Le Mans in the next round followed (his first back-to-back premier class wins), before second place at Mugello behind Pedrosa. There then followed three consecutive wins: Silverstone, Assen and Catalunya. Second at Sachsenring was next as he accepted more valuable points with Pedrosa winning, and a win at Laguna Seca completed a phenomenal first half of the season for the Mallorcan.
Lorenzo has already built up one of the best records in history in terms of win and points percentage. With a 72-point advantage over Pedrosa and 95 over Andrea Dovizioso in the race for the 2010 title, a similar second half to Lorenzo’s season would surely secure a first MotoGP World Championship title for the Spaniard.
